Cowboy Mayo
This is a tasty twist on the uber viral Cowboy Butter. Its the perfect condiment for everything from Steak Frites to Brats, and everything in-between .
Cowboy Mayo
1.5 cups avocado oil
2 eggs
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
3 cloves garlic, grated
Juice and zest of one lemon
1/4 tbsp kosher salt
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp hot honey
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Sriracha or hot sauce
2 tbsp A-1 steak sauce
3 tbsp fresh chop parsley
2 tbsp prepared horseradish
Instructions:
Add eggs, avocado, oil, and Dijon mustard to container. Place stick blender in the bottom and begin blending as the mixture thickens you can start moving around the stick blender to combine until the mayo is thick.
Add remaining ingredients and blend a second time to combine.
Chill for at least one hour before serving. Cowboy mayo will last seven days in the fridge.
Notes*
If you are worried about using raw eggs or want a longer shelf life you can substitute the eggs and oil for premade mayo.
